INTRODUCTION

QuickPDA is owned and operated by QuickPDA company duly incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

QuickPDA provides data, information, software solutions and digital SaaS applications for ship agents, ship operators, charterers, ship managers, port service providers and other stakeholders involved in maritime and port operations, including Port Disbursement Account (PDA) calculations, port information services and maritime cost analysis tools.

QuickPDA values your privacy and the protection of your personal and corporate data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, how we obtain your consent, how long we retain it and with whom we may share it, where applicable.

By using the Platform and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Platform is also subject to our User Agreement.

QuickPDA places the highest importance on the confidentiality of users' commercial and operational data, particularly data entered during Port Disbursement Account (PDA) calculations.

All special prices, negotiated rates, discounts, contract-based tariffs, commercial conditions and cost inputs entered by users into the Platform for PDA calculations are considered strictly confidential commercial information and trade secrets.

Accordingly:

  • User-specific PDA prices and commercial terms are never shared with other users,
  • Such data is not disclosed to third parties,
  • It is not used for benchmarking, comparison, market analysis or price intelligence,
  • It is not anonymized for resale or monetized in any form,
  • It is never sold, licensed or otherwise commercialized, directly or indirectly.

QuickPDA processes such commercial data solely for:

  • Generating PDA calculations for the relevant user,
  • Displaying and exporting reports within the user's own account,
  • Providing the technical functionality of the Platform.

QuickPDA strictly complies with competition law principles, including but not limited to Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition (Türkiye) and applicable international competition regulations.

The Platform is designed in a manner that prevents direct or indirect disclosure of pricing or commercial strategies between competing users.

Each user's commercial data is:

  • Logically isolated,
  • Access-controlled,
  • Restricted exclusively to the relevant user and their authorized account members.

QuickPDA does not act as an intermediary, facilitator or information exchange mechanism between competitors and does not engage in any activity that may distort or restrict competition.

This confidentiality and competition compliance principle constitutes a core ethical, legal and technical commitment of QuickPDA.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  • Provision of SaaS services and PDA calculations

Final port disbursement accounts and official invoices may differ. QuickPDA assumes no liability for such differences. Final operational and financial responsibility rests with the user.
