PO ISKENDERUN

The Petrol Ofisi Iskenderun Terminal, located in Hatay on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, is one of the company’s most important liquid bulk facilities. Positioned within İskenderun Bay, the terminal provides safe and efficient handling of petroleum products such as diesel, gasoline, fuel oil, and additives. Equipped with modern storage tanks and buoy mooring systems capable of receiving tankers up to 50,000 DWT, the facility ensures flexibility for a wide range of vessel sizes. As an ISPS-compliant “Safe Port,” the terminal operates under strict international safety and environmental standards, with procedures in place for dangerous goods handling and emergency response. Thanks to its strategic location, PO İskenderun plays a key role in linking global maritime trade routes with Turkey’s domestic energy supply chain, supporting both regional distribution and international logistics.

Pilotage is compulsory for mooring and unmooring and provided by ANKAS.

Three tugboats are available compulsory for ships entering and leaving the port of PO. Service provided by UZMAR and ARPAS.
