YILPORT Holding is a strategic port group operating globally in the field of terminal operations, with investments in Turkey, Europe, America, and Scandinavia. The group operates a total of 24 terminals, 13 of which are container ports, 6 are dry cargo terminals, and 5 are liquid cargo and Ro-Ro terminals. YILPORT's operations in Turkey consist of facilities in Gebze, Gemport, Gemlik Free Zone, Yarımca, and Izmit Bay.

Its container handling capacity exceeds 10 million TEU per year, while its bulk cargo handling capacity is 50 million tons per year. The equipment used in the terminal areas includes more than 120 STS (Ship-to-Shore) cranes, more than 400 RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry) cranes, automatic stacking systems (ASC), and modern terminal tractors. In addition, operational processes are managed with full automation using integrated ERP and TOS (Terminal Operating System) infrastructure at the ports.

YILPORT terminals have strategically strong hinterland connections. The Gebze and Yarımca facilities are directly integrated with TCDD railway lines, ensuring high efficiency in intermodal transportation. Furthermore, road connections provide fast access to the Marmara Region as well as Central Anatolia and the Aegean Region.

As part of its environment and sustainability-focused investments, YILPORT operates in accordance with international standards through the modernization of electrical equipment, ISO 14001 environmental management systems, waste management, and renewable energy applications. It also holds OHSAS 18001 certification for occupational health and safety.

Pilotage is compulsory for vessels entering or leaving the port or anchoring at the locations specified below. The service is provided by the ANKAS and is available 24 hours a day. VHF channels 16 and 12.

Four tugs are available, including at weekends, providing 24-hour provided by the MARINETUG.
