MARPORT

Marport, located in Ambarlı on the Marmara Sea, is one of Turkey’s leading container terminals. Established in 2001 through the partnership of Arkas Holding and Terminal Investment Limited (TIL), Marport plays a vital role in the country’s foreign trade.

With a quay length of 1,675 meters, a draft of up to -18 meters, and state-of-the-art equipment, Marport handles around 2.3 million TEU annually—representing 12% of Turkey’s container throughput and 32% in the Marmara region.

Guided by values of reliability, innovation, and customer focus, Marport continues to invest in technology and sustainable operations, strengthening its position as the gateway of Istanbul and a key hub in regional and global logistics.
