DILER

Diler Port, located in Hereke (Kocaeli region) and operated by Diler Holding, functions as a multi-purpose terminal specializing in bulk and general cargo operations. Serving industries such as iron & steel, logs, paper, PVC and related goods, it is integrated with Diler’s industrial and logistics activities.

In terms of technical capacity:

• The port has a total quay / pier length of around 965 meters
• Its maximum allowable draft is about 13.0 meters, supporting vessels up to 70,000 DWT
• The annual handling capacity for both bulk and general cargo is cited as 6,000,000 metric tons each

With its significant draft depth and quay length, Diler Port is well equipped to accommodate large vessels while maintaining flexibility for various cargo types. Strategically positioned in the Gulf of İzmit, it acts as a logistical bridge connecting Turkey’s industrial heartlands with maritime trade routes across the Marmara and beyond.

Pilotage is compulsory for vessels entering or leaving the port or anchoring at the locations specified below. The service is provided by the ANKAS and is available 24 hours a day. VHF channels 16 and 12.

Four tugs are available, including at weekends, providing 24-hour provided by the Port Authority.
