CELEBI PORT

Bandırma Çelebi Port, located in the southern part of the Sea of Marmara, is a key logistics hub for both domestic trade and international shipping thanks to its strategic location. The port has the infrastructure to handle different types of cargo, such as bulk cargo, liquid cargo, containers, and project cargo. It supports high-volume operations with modern cranes, conveyor systems, and large storage areas, while its hinterland access is strong thanks to rail and road connections. Bandırma Çelebi Port also provides diversity in maritime transport with its structure suitable for Ro-Ro operations. Operated with international standards of safety and environmental management practices, the port contributes significantly to the Turkish economy as the gateway for foreign trade in Southern Marmara.

The port has a total quay length of 2,973 meters and 20 quays/piers with depths ranging from 6.00 to 11.50 meters.

In our port area, bulk liquid cargoes are handled at berths 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, while vessels carrying bulk dry cargoes are handled at berths 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11. Berth 20 is designated for RO-RO transport and Dangerous and permits have been obtained. Dangerous goods are not handled at any other berths.No storage is permitted.

Pilotage is compulsory for vessels entering or leaving the port or anchoring at the locations specified below. The service is provided by the CELEBİ PORT and is available 24 hours a day. VHF channels 16 and 12.

Four tugs are available, including at weekends, providing 24-hour provided by the CELEBİ PORT.
