ALTINEL PORT

Altıntel Port and Terminal Operations Inc. is a well-established port and liquid chemical storage facility that was founded in 1983 and commenced operations in 1985. Located in the Diliskelesi area of Dilovası district, one of Kocaeli's industrial centers, our facility plays a significant role in Turkey's chemical logistics infrastructure.

Continuously developing and growing since its establishment, Altıntel has achieved its current strong infrastructure through capacity increases and modernization investments. The 250-meter-long pier of our port facility was completed and put into service in January 1988. The total capacity of our liquid chemical raw material and petroleum product storage terminal is 110,000 m3, with an additional 3,000 m3 water storage capacity. The smallest of our 74 tanks is 300 m3, while the largest is 2,950 m3. Furthermore, the facility is a Type A General Warehouse under the supervision of the Gulf Petrochemical Customs Directorate.

The port and facility, which began operations as Altıntel Melamin Sanayi A.Ş., was acquired by ARKEM Kimya on May 27, 2008, and continues to operate today under the name Altıntel Liman ve Terminal İşletmeleri A.Ş.
