Due to the geographical location of the STAR Terminal Port, there are no criteria for swell, tide, and waves. However, the criteria for wind are detailed below:

• Mooring at the STAR Terminal is not permitted in wind speeds of 25 knots or higher.
• Loading/unloading operations are suspended: at wind speeds of 20 knots and above.
• Cargo arms are removed: At wind speeds of 25 knots or higher.
• The ship is removed from the STAR Terminal: At wind speeds of 30 knots or higher.
