Weather and sea conditions for berthing manoeuvres at the terminal must be within the following limits:

• Wind speed must be less than 10.3 m/s.
• Visibility must be at least 750 metres during daytime manoeuvres and at least 1,500 metres during night-time manoeuvres.
• Wave height must not exceed 1.5 metres to ensure safe operation of the tugs.
• Berthing operations are only permitted during daylight hours.
• The vessel must be approached parallel to all fenders at a contact speed not exceeding 0.06 m/s.
