YILDIZ ENTEGRE

Yıldız Entegre Port is a modern dry- and liquid-bulk marine terminal located on the southern shore of the Gulf of İzmit in Başiskele, Kocaeli Province, Türkiye. Operated under Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding, the terminal serves the maritime logistics of the group's industrial companies most notably Yıldız Entegre, Türkiye's largest producer of wood-based panels (MDF, particleboard, laminate flooring) and formaldehyde-based glues. Ground was broken in 2019 and the facility began handling the group's own cargoes in December 2022, with an operating permit for third-party cargo currently in progress. Sitting just 1 km from the Gölcük–İstanbul D-100 highway, the terminal holds a strategic position in the Marmara region for efficient import and export flows.

Berths: Built on a total area of 22,685 m², the terminal features a 275 m jetty (25 m wide) with 4 berths capable of accommodating up to 4 vessels simultaneously. The dry-cargo berths offer drafts of 14.5–18.5 m, while the liquid-cargo berths range from 11–18.5 m, allowing the facility to handle deep-draft Panamax-class vessels of up to 70,000 DWT (approx. 82,180 displacement tonnes).

Cargo Handling: With an annual handling capacity of 1,500,000 metric tons, the terminal manages both dry bulk (wood-based raw materials and industrial inputs) and liquid cargo (resins and chemical feedstocks) for the group's companies.

Loading & Discharge Services: Dedicated dry- and liquid-cargo berths with separate draft allowances support efficient tahmil/tahliye operations for both import and export cargoes.
