QuickPDA — Cancellation and Refund Policy for Service Sales

1) Definitions

Service: Digital services provided through the QuickPDA software, including subscription plans, PDA calculation modules, reporting, PDF export, save/search features, port database access, and similar services.

Subscription: The right to access the Service for a specified period (monthly/annual, etc.) under the selected plan.

Billing Period (Period): The period for which the Subscription is billed and renewed (monthly/annual, etc.).

Usage Rights: The access and/or quota included in the plan during the Period (e.g., calculation credits, export credits, user limits, etc.).

2) Subscription Structure and Renewal

  • Unless stated otherwise, Subscriptions are automatically renewed.
  • On the renewal date, the fee for the selected plan will be charged at the then-current price.
  • The User may cancel the Subscription via the “Subscription/Plan Management” screen in their account or through the contact channels stated in this Policy.

3) Subscription Cancellation (Termination) and Continued Access

  • The User may cancel the Subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation does not immediately terminate access. A canceled Subscription remains active until the end of the current Billing Period, and the User may continue to use the Service during this time.
  • Any remaining Usage Rights/quotas (if applicable) may be used until the end of the current Period. At the end of the Period, the Subscription will not renew and any remaining Usage Rights/quotas will expire.
  • For annual or other prepaid long-term plans, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the prepaid term; access to the Service continues until that term ends.
  • Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete the User’s account. The User may separately request account deletion.

4) Refund Policy (General Rule: No Refunds)

  • Due to the digital service/subscription model, QuickPDA does not provide refunds for subscription cancellations. Even if the User cancels, the Service remains available until the end of the current Period (see Section 3).
  • Pro-rata (partial-period) refunds are not provided.
  • No refund will be issued if the User states they did not use the Service, provided that access was made available and/or the Period has started.
  • Mandatory legal exceptions are reserved. If a refund is required under applicable law, it will be handled accordingly. Withdrawal rights, exceptions, and refund obligations for distance contracts are regulated under applicable legislation.

5) Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts) and Digital Service Exceptions

If the User qualifies as a consumer, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts is subject to applicable law; a withdrawal notice made within the legal period via written communication or a durable medium is sufficient.

However, the QuickPDA Service may qualify as a digital service performed instantly in an electronic environment and/or started before the withdrawal period ends upon the consumer’s request/consent. In such cases, a withdrawal right exception may apply under the relevant legislation.

During checkout/subscription activation, the User may request immediate performance of the Service, and accepts that, to the extent the legal conditions for the relevant exception are met, the right of withdrawal may be restricted accordingly.

Note: It is recommended to support this with a checkbox such as “I request immediate performance” and retain system logs as evidence.

6) Service Unavailability, Technical Issues, and Claims of Defective Service

  • QuickPDA uses reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity; interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance or unexpected failures.
  • If the User cannot access the Service or experiences a critical issue, they should contact support via support@quickpda.com.tr.
  • If the issue is attributable to QuickPDA, the priority is to remedy the issue, or, where appropriate, to provide an extension/free access as compensation.
  • The User’s statutory rights remain reserved in cases where the Service cannot be provided at all or where legal consequences arise under applicable law.

7) Refund Process in Exceptional Cases Where a Refund Is Required

  • If a refund must be issued due to an exceptional circumstance (e.g., legal obligation), the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where possible.
  • The time for a card refund to appear may vary by bank and can take several business days.
  • Refund/cancellation transactions are carried out in accordance with the rules and technical processes of the payment infrastructure provider (iyzico).

8) Misuse, Unauthorized Transactions, and Security

  • In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment claims, or misuse of the system, QuickPDA may investigate and temporarily restrict the relevant account/transactions.
  • For unauthorized transaction claims, the User should contact QuickPDA support as soon as possible.

9) Amendments

QuickPDA may amend this Policy. The updated version becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website.
