NUH CIMENTO PORT

Nuh Çimento Port operates in the Hereke district of Kocaeli, at coordinates 40°46.5′ N – 29°36.5′ E. The port's front quay length is 595 meters, allowing ships up to 80,000 DWT to dock. The port area totals 57,000 m², with a warehouse area of approximately 5,000 m². The main types of cargo handled are dry bulk and general cargo. With the underground tunnel and conveyor belt system, which is one of the port facilities, cement and clinker products are automatically transferred from the factory storage area to the ship's hold; the conveyor line is approximately 300 meters long and has a diameter of 3 meters, making this system a first in the area. In addition, the port offers high capacity and efficient operational capabilities in maritime logistics while safely and continuously conducting both import and export operations.
